I Teenage Fanclub sono un gruppo musicale scozzese formatosi a Glasgow nel 1983. Considerati uno dei pilastri del movimento indie pop degli anni '90, il loro sound è caratterizzato da melodie orecchiabili, arrangiamenti raffinati e influenze provenienti dal power pop, dal jangle pop e dalla musica psichedelica. La formazione originale comprendeva Norman Blake (chitarra, voce), Raymond McGinley (basso, voce), Francis Reader (batteria) e Gerard Love (voce, chitarra). Nel corso degli anni la band ha attraversato diverse fasi compositive, mantenendo sempre un'elevata qualità musicale. Tra i loro album più apprezzati figurano "Bandwagonesque" (1991), "Thirteen" (1993) e "Grand Prix" (2005). I Teenage Fanclub hanno collaborato con artisti come The Pastels, Belle and Sebastian e Super Furry Animals.
