Pavlov's Dog è un gruppo rock progressivo/AOR formatosi a St. Louis nel 1972. La formazione originale comprendeva David Surkamp (voce e chitarra), Steve Scorfina (chitarra solista), Mike Safron (batteria), Rick Stockton (basso), David Hamilton (tastiere), Doug Rayburn (mellotron e flauto) e Siegfried Carver, nato Richard Nadler (vari strumenti a corda, tra cui il vitar, un ibrido tra chitarra e violino).
