Mental As Anything è un gruppo musicale australiano formatosi a Sydney negli anni '70. Considerati precursori della scena indie australiana, hanno raggiunto il successo internazionale con la hit "Live It Up", presente nella colonna sonora del film Mr. Crocodile Dundee (1986).
