Axel Rudi Pell è un chitarrista e compositore tedesco di heavy metal, nato a Düsseldorf nel 1960. Inizia la sua carriera musicale negli anni '80 con diverse band locali prima di formare il suo gruppo omonimo nel 1989. Axel Rudi Pell si distingue per il suo stile chitarristico virtuosistico e melodico, influenzato da artisti come Ritchie Blackmore e Yngwie Malmsteen.
