Dispatch war eine amerikanische Indie/Roots-Folk-Jam-Band, die am Middlebury College in Middlebury, Vermont gegründet wurde. Aktiv von 1996 bis 2002, kamen sie dreimal zu Reunion-Konzerten zusammen: zuerst 2004, dann 2007 und schließlich 2009. Die Band experimentierte mit verschiedenen Musikgenres, was es schwierig macht, sie einzuordnen. Dispatch war auch maßgeblich an der Gründung der gemeinnützigen Organisation The Elias Fund beteiligt.
