The Ark sono una band svedese di glam rock, attiva dal 1991 al 2011. Formatisi a Stoccolma, il gruppo ha raggiunto un grande successo in Svezia e in altri paesi europei grazie al loro sound energico e alle performance teatrali. Il loro stile musicale è caratterizzato da influenze hard rock, punk e glam metal, con testi spesso provocatori e ironici. Tra i brani più famosi di The Ark figurano "The Pox", "It's a Jungle Out There" e "Love is a Bitch". L'album "We Are the Ones" (2001) è considerato uno dei loro lavori più importanti, raggiungendo il primo posto nella classifica svedese.
