Malice Mizer è stato un gruppo musicale giapponese di genere visual kei, attivo dal 1992 al 2001. Fondato da Mana (Mana-sama), il gruppo ha raggiunto una grande popolarità nel panorama musicale nipponico grazie al suo stile teatrale e alla musica che mescolava elementi gothic rock, classical music e jazz. I Malice Mizer sono noti per la loro estetica elaborata, con costumi elaborati e trucco pesante, che riflettevano il loro approccio dark e romantico. Tra i brani più rappresentativi del gruppo ricordiamo "Audition", "Beast of Blood" e "Merveilles". L'album "Nouvel ordre" (1998) è considerato uno dei lavori più importanti della band, grazie alla sua atmosfera cupa e al mix di generi musicali.
