Matchbox Twenty è un gruppo musicale statunitense di genere alternative rock, formatosi ad Orlando, in Florida, nel 1995. Il gruppo è composto da Rob Thomas (voce), Kyle Cook (chitarra), Paul Doucette (batteria) e Brian Yale (basso). Il loro album di debutto, *Yourself or Someone Like You*, pubblicato nel 1996, ha riscosso un enorme successo grazie a singoli come «Push» e «3AM», diventando uno dei dischi più venduti degli anni '90.
