Waylon Arnold Jennings (1937-2002) è stato un leggendario cantante e chitarrista statunitense, considerato uno dei pionieri del movimento outlaw country. Nato in Texas, Jennings iniziò la sua carriera negli anni '50 come musicista di supporto per diversi artisti country. Nel 1964 ottenne il suo primo successo con "Only Daddy That'll Walk the Line".
