Chris Ledoux è stato un cantante, cantautore e scultore americano di fama nazionale. Nato il 2 ottobre 1948 in Wyoming, ha iniziato la sua carriera musicale negli anni '70, combinando la passione per la musica country con la sua esperienza nel rodeo. È considerato uno dei pionieri del genere "cowboy music", un sottogenere della musica country che celebra la vita e le tradizioni del West americano.
