Lee Aaron, eigentlich Karen Lynn Greening, ist eine kanadische Sängerin und Songwriterin aus Toronto, Ontario, geboren 1962. Sie ist seit Anfang der 1980er-Jahre aktiv und wurde in den 80ern durch ihren Hardrock-Sound bekannt, der von Glam Metal und New Wave beeinflusst war.
