British Sea Power è una band indie rock britannica formata a Brighton, in Inghilterra, nel 1999. Sebbene tre membri provengano da Kendal, in Cumbria, la band ha radici profonde nella scena musicale di Brighton. Il loro sound spazia dal pop chitarristico epico al viscerale e angolare, con influenze che vanno dai The Cure a Joy Division fino ai Pixies.
