Lit è un gruppo rock americano formatosi negli anni '90, originariamente sotto il nome Razzle. Dopo aver guadagnato una solida base di fan grazie a numerosi concerti, hanno cambiato nome in Lit per l'uscita del loro album di debutto, *A Place in the Sun* (1999). L'album ha riscosso un enorme successo, vendendo oltre un milione di copie e ottenendo la certificazione platino.
