In a career that spans 40 years and more than 25 albums Blue Oyster Cult (BOC) has been recognised as a pioneer in the heavy metal genre for their use of sci-fi/occult imagery. They have sold over 14 million albums worldwide but are best known for their 1974 release Secret Treaties and the follow-up in 1976, Agents of Fortune.
