Sinéad Marie Bernadette O'Connor (Dublin, 8. Dezember 1966 – London, 26. Juli 2023) war eine irische Sängerin und Songwriterin von internationalem Ruf. Bekannt für ihre kraftvolle Stimme und ihren Musikstil, der Elemente aus Pop, Rock, Folk und traditioneller irischer Musik vereinte, erreichte O'Connor in den 1990er Jahren mit Alben wie "The Lion and the Cobra" (1987) und "I Do Not Want What I Haven't Got" (1990) ihren Höhepunkt.
