Guided By Voices (GBV) è stata una band indie rock americana originaria di Dayton, Ohio. Formatasi nel 1983, il gruppo ha subito frequenti cambiamenti di formazione, ma ha sempre mantenuto la presenza del principale compositore Robert Pollard. La loro musica è caratterizzata da un sound lo-fi e orecchiabile, con testi spesso introspettivi e surrealistici.
